Ratón has never lived with a family; he comes from a hunters’ shed. At first he’s a bit grumpy, but once he grows fond of you, he’s actually really cool because he likes to follow you around and join in on everything.
Every day he likes people more and more: he always comes over when we walk in, he always wants a treat, and he’s even starting to enjoy being petted.
He lives with lots of other dogs without any problems. Now that it’s cold, he prefers to stay in his little kennel. Ratón has periods when he feels very sad at the shelter, and we believe he’s finally ready for a family to give him all the love he deserves.
