Klaus is a 7-year-old dog who has had a tough life. He was abandoned by his hunter owner in horrible conditions: very neglected and thin, with his ears and tail cut off. He had an active leishmania infection and a fracture-dislocation in his left leg. Now at Bichosraros, he has gained weight and completed his treatment for leishmania. He is now waiting to have surgery on his leg. Klaus is a calm and peaceful boy with a lot of inner peace, a cheerful dog who loves being around people. He enjoys playing a lot with other dogs and is very affectionate.
